Brand New Hydraulic Clutch Conversion Ford Sierra Cosworth 2WD gearbox Pedal action very smooth even with heavy-duty clutch covers  there are 2 types of bearing flat and domed see pics flat type is for standard type clutches ( round at end of spring) and the domed type is for 184mm race type clutch (flat spring) message us to let us know what type you would like we use -4 pipe for a better pedal feel All you have to do is replace the gearbox front nose with the one we supply very easy wind on the bearing fit gearbox to the engine then by putting hand in where the fork went wind bearing out till it touches the spring then wind back 3 turns (so there is no preload on the spring ) lock with locking screw making sure outlet is at the top so you can bleed. A pedal stop may be required so you do not overextend the spring depending on pedal box ratio we use a 0.75 master  if you do need help fitting please phone us at turbosport
